To submit an item, you must first register with the repository. You will be sent a verification email to the address you entered. Click the link in that email to confirm your address and complete registration.
Once you have registered, use Ask a Librarian to send an email to ask for permission to upload your capstone.
The first time you login to the repository, you will see an end-user agreement page. You must click the checkbox to consent to this agreement. You can then proceed with your submission.
- In the repository (logged in), New (+) > Item. New item screenshot
- Select your preferred collection (open access or restricted).
- Complete the submission form as completely as possible, noting that some fields may not be applicable.
Each subject keyword or phrase should be on its own line. Use Add more for multiple values. Subject keywords screenshot
An abstract should always be included for scholarly work.
Notes will usually be blank.
The degree fields should be completed if applicable (i.e. if the submitted item is associated with fulfillment of a degree)
- Drag and drop any files comprising the item onto the page.

A pop-up should appear indicating a successful deposit.
After your item has been submitted, it enters a queue to be processed by library staff. Your submission will not be visible until we finish processing it. If there are any problems, we will contact you. It may take a month or two before your work is visible in the repository.
