Submit Items to the Academic Repository

Learn how to submit items to the CityU Academic Repository.

What is the Academic Repository?

The Academic Repository contains items written by CityU students and faculty. Student work primarily includes capstone, thesis, and dissertation projects that are done at the completion of a program. Faculty items include academic articles and CityU publications. For other types of items, please consult with the library before submitting.

How to submit items to the repository

To submit an item, you must first register with the repository. You will be sent a verification email to the address you entered. Click the link in that email to confirm your address and complete registration.

Once registered, Ask a Librarian to grant you submission permissions to the repository. Please specify the email address you used to register. We will let you know when you are able to submit.

Once granted submission permission, return to the repository and login. The first time you login, you will see an end-user agreement page. You must click the checkbox to consent to this agreement. You can then proceed with your submission.

  1. In the repository (logged in), New (+) > Item.  New item screenshot
