Overview
An internal assessment, or audit, helps us identify a company's key strengths and weaknesses. As the name suggests, when conducting an internal assessment, you want to look at a variety of internal functions, including, but not limited to, management, marketing, finance/accounting, operations, research and development, etc. Please refer to the assignment template in your course for more information on potential areas to research during the assessment process.
