Where Can I Learn about Microsoft Software?

The Washington State Library provides libraries with free access to the Microsoft IT Academy, which offers many training courses on Microsoft software. This training portal is currently being redeveloped, but in the meantime you can download Online Learning Directories, eTextbooks, and Study Guides at https://www.sos.wa.gov/library/libraries/projects/ita/info.aspx.  Simply enter your zip code and select “K-20 network” from the Agency drop-down menu.
