Find My Required Course Resources

NOTE:  You can find and purchase your required resources via CityU’s online bookstore. We appreciate your patience as our online bookstore partner undergoes a major update to its website, with a planned completion date prior to Winter quarter 2018.

A complete list of the required and recommended resources for your courses is available through the Library website as well as the MyCityU Portal.

From the library homepage, click the blue “Find Your Textbook” button. This takes you to the Course Document Lookup. Or, you can also reach the Course Document Lookup from the MyCityU Portal: Click Course Overviews and Resources from the Campus Links menu on the right (or, if you have already logged in to MyCityU, this link will be found in the Quick Links menu on the right of your dashboard).

To locate your class, choose the prefix. A second drop-down menu will appear, from which you can choose the appropriate number. This will show you the Course Overview and Course Resource Guide for your Course.

The Course Resource Guide shows you the full list of required and recommended resources. The required materials are listed at the top.

When the title of a resource is hyperlinked, this indicates that the item is available through the CityU Library or on the web. The majority of hyperlinked resources are available to you for free, but some do require purchase directly from the publisher. Please note that you will need to login with your CityU username and password to access library materials.

A title without a hyperlink indicates a print resource that can be purchased from the CityU bookstore. The bookstore can be accessed from the link at the top of the Course Resource Guide, or from the MyCityU Portal’s Campus Bookmarks and Quick Links menus. If you are located outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact your advisor to find out how to locate and access your required course materials.
